Define: REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION. What are some examples?
Reasonable accommodations are examples of adjusting a system to accommodate and individual based on a need. They are examples of how two contending nationalist loyalties can sometimes be easily reconciled.
For example,
- Dhillon reconciled his religious loyalty (wearing a Sikh turban) with his professional loyalty (wearing an RCMP outfit)

Define: PATRIOTISM
Patriotism is a person’s love of country and an interest in its well being. A sense of loyalty that may be expressed in various ways.
Define: SOVEREIGNTY
Sovereignty is the political authority to control one’s own affairs. Sovereignty may be different from, and can sometimes conflict with, self-determination, which is a people’s right to control their own affairs.
Define: SELF-DETERMINATION
Self-determination is the power to control one’s own affairs. National self-determination is the power of people in a country or nation to make their own decisions about what is in their interest.
