A

PDE 5 inhibitors: sindelfil, Viagra

don’t give with patients who have underlying heart issues.
Do an ECG first
Avoid taking with nitroglycerin

Multiple myeloma- risk for priaprism

Pigmentary retinopathy- PDE-5 inhibitors can cause further damage to vision.
