Tips for consistent practice
A
- Consistent time of day
- Consistent Location
- Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, only need 10 mins
- Set alarms / reminders throughout the day, can be 1 or 2 minute mini sessions
- Weave into daily activities
- Don’t guilt trip yourself, very important. If you miss a day, just get back on the horse. Let go of judgment
- Make it your own, be creative and iterate (as long as you have fundamentals down)
- Trust the process, you are building a new habit. Don’t see results right away.
