2) I and C appear, D tells them abt O’s rage. E says he might be jealous, D plans to approach him again.

1) O is overcome by his love for D and her beauty. Still wants to kill her. She wakes and O tells her to prep for her death. She defends herself saying that C can clear her of the accusation, he tells her that he is dead. D pleads for mercy as O smothers her.
2) E comes in, D recovers for a moment to say that she deserves it. She dies. O tells E abt the infidelity, E defends D yet O states that I has proved it. E calls for help.
3) Montano and Gratiano arrive, O tells them abt the handkerchief but E reveals the truth. I kills her and flees, Montano chases after him.
4) I is brought back, O attacks and wounds him. O declares himself a fool and kills himself.
