Q

Pharm management?

A

Bisphosphonates (osteoclasts apoptosis -> slowing bone loss) for primary prevention with osteoporosis or after Frx.

Q

What are the pathways that cause osteoporosis?

A

1) inadequate peak bone mass (restricted growth when young)
