  3. @side of dys on anteromedial part put closest hand
  4. Flex, ST, RA from dys
  5. push down in exhale, resist inhale
  6. repeat 3-5 times

  2. Dr. on opposite side
  3. head hand - inferior angle of rib, feet hand - ASIS on side of dys
  4. pull up on ASIS all the time
  5. push up exhale, resist inhale
  6. repeat 3-5x

  1. pt supine with head RA from dys with pt wrist on forehead
  2. Dr. on opposite side
  3. head hand - highfive pt hand, foot hand - reach under body to hold angle of dys rib
  4. Dr. pull down and out when pt flexes head for 3-5sec
  5. relax pt
  6. pull down and out more, repeat MET

  1. pt supine with same side arm flexed above head
  2. Dr. opposite side
  3. Dr. hold under pt at rib angle dys with foot-hand
  4. pt push arm up and dr resist while pulling rib down and out
  5. hold for 3-5sec and relax
  6. find new barrier and repeat MET

  3. head hand - hold rib at angle on back
  4. foot hand - resist pt pushing elbow towards sky
  5. hold for 3-5sec and relax

  2. Dr. @ on same side
  3. head hand - hold outstretched arm and stabilize elbow
  4. foot hand - hold rib on back
  5. pt push arm down to side, dr resist, hold for 3-5sec and relax
  6. find new barrier and repeat MET

A

R/R or L/L “better together, face on leather, two feet together”

  1. pt modified sims (face on leather) axis on leather
  2. pt hips and knees flexed to 90
  3. Dr on leg side touching L5/S1 flex until feel motion
  4. bp deep breath 3xs while reaching opposite arm
  5. put pt knees on dr thigh (sit) and lower to floor
  6. pt push up, dr resist for 3-5sec
  7. find new barrier and repeat

A
  1. pt lateral recumb (face to air), axis on leather
  2. pt hips and knees flexed to 90
  3. Dr on leg side touching L5/S1 flex until feel motion
  4. bp deep breath 3xs reach back arm over bench
  5. push top leg only down
  6. pt push up, dr resist for 3-5sec
  7. find new barrier and repeat
