A
- Pt: supine
- Dr: @head
- @side of dys on anteromedial part put closest hand
- Flex, ST, RA from dys
- push down in exhale, resist inhale
- repeat 3-5 times

A
- pt supine with flexed to rib dys
- Dr. @ head
- flex, ST
- Dr. hand web above dys rib
- push down exhale, resist inhale
- repeat 3-5x

Rib 7-10 (inhalation)
A
- Pt supine with same side shoulder adducted
- Dr on side of dys
- Dr hand web above rib
- ST
- push down exhale, resist inhale
- repeat 3-5x

Rib 11-12 (inhalation)
A
- pt prone with legs ST dys
- Dr. on opposite side
- head hand - inferior angle of rib, feet hand - ASIS on side of dys
- pull up on ASIS all the time
- push up exhale, resist inhale
- repeat 3-5x

Rib 1-2 (exhalation)
A
- pt supine with head RA from dys with pt wrist on forehead
- Dr. on opposite side
- head hand - highfive pt hand, foot hand - reach under body to hold angle of dys rib
- Dr. pull down and out when pt flexes head for 3-5sec
- relax pt
- pull down and out more, repeat MET

Ribs 3-5 (exhalation)
A
- pt supine with same side arm flexed above head
- Dr. opposite side
- Dr. hold under pt at rib angle dys with foot-hand
- pt push arm up and dr resist while pulling rib down and out
- hold for 3-5sec and relax
- find new barrier and repeat MET

Rib 6-8 (exhalation)
A
- pt supine with same side shoulder dabbing
- Dr. @ on same side
- head hand - hold rib at angle on back
- foot hand - resist pt pushing elbow towards sky
- hold for 3-5sec and relax
- find new barrier and repeat MET

Rib 9-10 (exhalation)
A
- pt supine with same side arm out to side
- Dr. @ on same side
- head hand - hold outstretched arm and stabilize elbow
- foot hand - hold rib on back
- pt push arm down to side, dr resist, hold for 3-5sec and relax
- find new barrier and repeat MET

Rib 11-12 (exhalation)
A
- pt prone with legs SA dys
- Dr. @ on opposite side
- head hand - hold rib with karate chop part
- foot hand - iliac crest on side of dys
- push hip down while pt hike hip up and press up on rib, hold for 3-5sec and relax
- find new barrier and repeat MET

A
- pt supine
- Dr. on same side and passive flex hip/knee to barrier
- pt push against dr, dr resist 3-5sec
- find new barrier and repeat MET

A
- pt supine with dys side close to edge
- Dr. on same side
- head hand - hold opposite ASIS
- foot hand - extend pt leg/hip off table to find barrier
- pt pushes up, physician pushes down
- find new barrier and repeat MET

Inferior Innominate Shear MET/ART
A
- pt supine with feet off table
- Dr. @ foot of table
- hold above ankle on side of dys
- IR, ABducts leg and put on dr thigh
- push into hip and pt push into dr hold for 3-5sec
- find new barrier and repeat MET

- pt supine with feet off table
- Dr. @ foot of table
- hold above ankle on side of dys
- IR, ABducts leg
- pull hip and pt hike up hip for 3-5sec
- find new barrier and repeat MET

- pt have dys hip/knee crossed over like newspaper
- head hand - pt ASIS, foot hand - knee
- push into knee barrier and pt push into dr hold for 3-5sec
- find new barrier and repeat MET

- head hand - PSIS on dys side, foot hand - knee on dys
- dr pushes out, pt pushes in 3-5sec

- dr on a side
- head hand fingers in both sulci, feet hand on top
- resist on pt inhale, push sulci down and down during exhale
