- Diagnose somatic dysfunction
- Find significant tenderpoint (TP)
- Establish pain scale
- Wrap around TP while monitoring
- Reduce pain at least 70%
- Maintain position for 90 seconds
- Slowly, passively return paitent to neutral
- Reassess somatic dysfunction (TP)
