Q

Counterstrain steps (8)

A
  1. Diagnose somatic dysfunction
  2. Find significant tenderpoint (TP)
  3. Establish pain scale
  4. Wrap around TP while monitoring
  5. Reduce pain at least 70%
  6. Maintain position for 90 seconds
  7. Slowly, passively return paitent to neutral
  8. Reassess somatic dysfunction (TP)
