AvWO Additional duties (3 things)

A

Leadership, management, administration and career advice to junior sailors and officers within division.
Division is up 50 junior sailors and officers.

All junior officers requred to keep officer of the day (OOD) duties, representative of the commanding officer for 24 hours.

General maintenance and upkeeps of navy vessels and equipment as part of the larger team.

For DEO

First year of training $42, 631 /year
Second year (where applicable $47,960
while training receive $10,493 training allowance

uniform allowance $419 / year
midshipmen paid $682 per year once they must become perm member of wardroom

service allowance $13,991 (except while IET)

salary on completion of IET pay grade 3 Sub Lieutenant $66,655/yr)
