Merr pjese ne nderimin e Fossa cranii media kufizohej nga faqja POSTERIORE dhe buza e piramides dhe dallohej SULCUS SINUS PETROSI ANTERIOR

Merr pjese ne ndertim te fossa crani posterior kufizohej nga faqja e pasme permes sulcus sinus petrosi inferior
Ku gjendej vrima e veshit dhe cka kalonte te ajo?
Ne faqen e pasme dhe kalonte: N FACIALIS; N VESTIBULOCOCHLEARIS; A et VV LABYRINTHII
Facies inferior
E nderton faqen e jashtme te bazes kafjes dhe dallohet proc styloideus ngat tij foramen stylonastoudeum ku del n facialis
Facies lateralis
Merr pjese ne ndertim te murit medial te cavum tymanici
Os occipitale dhe margo posterior e piramides formon
FORAMEN JUGULARE ku dalin n glossopharyngeus, n vagus, n accesorius
Ne brendi te piramides gjendeshin permbajtjet e veshit jashtem mesem dhe brendshem:
1) canali facialis n facialis del
2) canali caroticus a carotics interna + v, n
3) canaliculi carotympanici n caroticotympnici
4) canaliculi tympanicus n tympanicus n glossopharyngeus
5) canaliculus mastoideus aqueductus vestibuli
6) canaliculus cochleae
