What is the Differential diagnosis?
Unilateral:
- DDH
- Infection
- Idiopathic AVN
- Meyer’s dysplasia
Bilateral:
- Skeletal dysplasias - MED, Spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia
- Metabolic - Hypothyroidism, Hypophosphatemic ricketts, mucopolysacharidoses
- Storage diseases - Gauchers
- Others - steroid use, chemotherapy, radiotherapy
