slight increase in mobility is normal in ortho

check mobility and reassure patient
how might we manage if the teeth are feeling painful
reassure patient and advise analgesics

excess saliva problems with speech loose appliance fractured clasps fractured acrylic redness on the roof of mouth
how can we manage excess saliva
reassure patient this will subside after wearing the appliance for a while
what causes problems with speech
occurs when they first wear the appliance- if they do not have this it shows non compliance

reassure with time speech will improve
