Orpheus
Son of Apollo, had a lyre and was very good at it, his wife was Eurydice and she was hit by a snake and died, he asked Zeus if he could see her in the underworld, Hades said he could only get her back if he reached the light of earth and saw her face, he reached for her and couldn’t reach her so she then went into darkness, Orpheus rode on ships with Jason, the chief of argonauts, he went to the river once a year and played his lyre, then there was Dionysus and his drunk followers that came through and beat him until he was dead, the gods made Orpheus a constellation known as Lyra

The husband of Orpheus, she was chased by Aristeus in the woods and was bit by a snake then died
