the plane that cuts through your waist separating top (superior) and bottom (inferior)

the plane that cuts down your body separating front (anterior) and back (posterior/dorsal)

a plane that cuts down your body vertically separating left and right symmetrically

the plane that runs down your body vertically separating left from right

diagonal plane that crosses from one side of the body to the other
