o Ex. OTs wearing reflective belts in camo uniform at OTS (established tradition)
o Ex. Culture does NOT change from class to class at OTS

o Attitudes & perceptions
o Short-term, adjustable
o Moods & feelings
o Product of culture but more flexible
o Ex. How OTs feel about wearing reflective belts at OTS (a mood / feeling)

o You can have a good culture and a bad climate (and vice-versa)
