A

Normal physical appearance
Progressive encephalopathy since newborn period
Vomiting
Neutropenia/thrombocytopenia
Late complications - pancreatitis, cardiomyopathy, tubular +glomerular dysfunction, hyperammonia, basal ganglia stroke.
