Endocrine
Pituitary gland, thyroid gland, pancreas, adrenal gland, testes, ovaries– secretes hormones, regulates body processes
Cardiovascular
Heart, blood vessels– delivers oxygen and nutrients to tissues, equalizes body temp
respiratory
nasal sinus, trachea, lungs– removes co2 from body, delivers O2 to blood
digestive
stomach, liver, gall bladder, large and small intestine– processes food for use by body, removes wastes from undigested food
urinary
kidneys, urinary bladder– controls water balance in the body, removes wastes from blood and excretes them
male reproductive
epididymis, testes– produces sex hormones and gametes, delivers gametes to female
female reproductive
mammary glands, ovaries, uterus– produces sex hormones and gametes, supports embryo/fetus until birth, produces milk for infant
