Painful opthalmoplegia (weakness of eye muscles)

CT brain

Management of orbital cellulitis (3)
A
IV antibiotics (flucloxacillin or ceftriaxone)
Monitor optic nerve function 3-4 times daily
Surgical drainage if abscess
