A

Place of safety warrant

If a police officer believes that a CYP has suffered or is likely to suffer abuse then police can enter and remove / detain CYP and place in care of OT.

A

If a CYP is found unaccompanied the Police can take the CYP and deliver home to parent. If parent doesn’t want CYP then deliver to OT.
