Parolee opens sealed swab package and remove the inner white protective cap and outer purple cap that are over the swab. White cap is discarded

Once taken out, tell parolee to almost like suck on it. They gotta spit swish it in their mouth, and move it around a lot.

They’ll know they’re done when the swab is able to screw into the purple cap, cuz it turned sponge like. If it can’t screw in, they simply need more spit

Then parolee then screws the swab into the purple cap, and aligns the red and white lines to ensure proper fit. The And you’ll see 8 lines, cuz it tests for 8 drugs. If you see a line next to the drug, even if it’s faint, that means the parolee is negative. If you don’t see a line next to a drug that means they’re positive for that drug.
