  • A person must not sell or supply alcohol to a minor in NSW
  • Under 18 $ using a fake ID, you cant get; on the spot fine, court fine + 6 extra months on provisional licence
  • Fail/refuse to show proof of age - fine
  • Only parent/guardian can supply alcohol at home
