What are microscopes?
A
Hans and Zacharias Jansen made the first microscope in 1595, in the 1600s Antonie van Leeuwenhoek discovered microorganisms. Microscopes created an enlarged image of tiny things. Light travels from the source, through the specimen to the lens and then to your eye.

Collect light from distant objects and bring it to your eye.
