90 Days. For the purpose of determining nationality
A person is a USPER if: (4 things)
- Is born in the US (or naturalized)
- Has a green card (permanent resident status)
- Certain unincorporated associations (US business made up of US citizens)
- 50+ % of any corporation incorporated in the US is considered USPER
