B. Violent Crime Division and Internal Affairs personnel shall conduct their investigations according to established department policy.
C. It is the responsibility of the on duty field supervisor to ensure that the Office of the District Attorney General of Hamilton County and the Chattanooga City Attorney’s Office are notified of any in-custody death
