squeeze bottle & INSTILL one drop into the pocket (make sure not to make contact with the tip to the eye)

close eye for 1min to allow drop to absorb

apply gentle pressure to lacrimal duct to prevent drainage and increase contact time

repeat if more than one drop per eye is required
