▶ actual [aq.humor drainage canals] is independently blocked →

▶-{[⇪ IOP > 21] even(io\ iris:OPEN:cornea) 2/2 drainage canal blockage} = OPEN ANGLE GLAUCOMA= MOST COMMON

2b. mannitol

Definitive (for high risk pts, after acute episode resolves):
