Allows each Warfare Commander to make decisions unless denied or negated by the OTC (the CSG-1 RADM)

BRAVO (OTC): Overall in charge of operations and coordination within the CSG. Only position capable of command by negation
QUEBEC: Information Warfare Commander (IWC next to SUPPLOT)
INDIA: Intel (in Supplot)
PAPA: Strike Warfare Commander ( in CVIC, CAG)
WHISKEY: Air and Missile Defense Commander ( USS Lake Champlain)
ZULU: Sea Combat Commander ( next to SUPPLOT )
