an animal that helps plants produce fruit or seeds
chrysalis
the hard outside covering on a moth or butterfly while it is a pupa, the stage before it becomes an adult with wings
egg
The first stage of the butterfly life cycle is the egg
larva
The second stage of a butterfly. This is also called a caterpillar if the insect is a butterfly or a moth.
