What happens if someone is presumed dead on a flight?
Technically not dead until doctor or coroner pronounces them dead.
If dead flight continues if alive returns to airport
What is Aerial work?
When an aircraft is used for a specialised purpose
e.g.
Agriculture, Construction, Photography etc
What is flight time?
Total time from the moment aircraft moves with intention to fly until end of flight
(If intend to fly but cant counts as flight time
if just manoeuvring with no intention does not count)

Person/company engaged in/offering to engage in aircraft operations
