Q

Engine Failure At Or After V1

A

At Vr Rotate the airplane with full aft stick until a positive flight path is achieved.
At V2 Maintain V2 by pitch up and down adjustments, limited to +20° pitch attitude (no thrust adjustment).

When a positive flight path is established:
• Landing Gear….. Up
• AT NOT LESS THAN 400 FT AAL….. Level Flight Acceleration

Slats-Flaps may be set to SF 1 as soon as V+10 is attained.

  • AT VFR….. SF 0
  • WHEN IN CLEAN CONFIGURATION….. Set and maintain Vfto

5 MINUTES MAX. AFTER TAKE-OFF THRUST POWER SETTING

• Power Levers….. CL
