A

Visual fields - peripheral loss
Slit lamp - optic cupping
Gonioscopy - no obstruction unlike acute
Tonometry for IOP (Goldmann)

First line treatment for open angle glaucoma

A

Latanoprost (increases outflow)
Can cause eyelash growth, change in iris colour
OR 360 degree selective laser trabeculoplasty (increases drainage from trabecular meshwork)
