What is the definition of special service in the LFB?
Any occurrence dealt with by the LFB, which does not involve a fire or the suspicion of fire
Name some examples of special services?

Use of authority equipment to supply or remove water

When would the LFB see to someone who is locked out of a building?
Three answers
If there is a risk if fire
If the caller is elderly or disabled and the weather is inclement
If the caller needs to gain access to medicine

What are Operational Support Units?
Appliance available to supply a range of equipment and resources either on request if the IC or part of a Pre Determined Attendance
