Alkylating agents
Methotrexate/ 5-FU
Bleomycin

A

Alkylating agents- anti-proliferative drugs that bnd to alkylating groups on DNA = apoptosis : cyclophosphamide

Methotrexate/ 5-FU: Anti-metabolite - cell cycle effects, which effect DNA and protein synthesis
