Signs of retinoblastic disease

A

Larger eye ( buphthalmos)
White opacity seen within the pupil with nil response to light
Excessive watering of the eye (epiphora) - this occurs due to increase in lacrimal pressure (due to buphthalmos) leading to regurgitation of fluid presenting as epiphora
