What is tumour lysis syndrome?
Complication of chemotherapy (most common with lymphoma or leukaemia) Can lead to AKI, arrhythmias, seizures - hyperkalaemia - hyperphosphotaemia - hyperuricaemia - hypocalcaemia

Side effect of cyclophosphamide (and it’s sister ifosfamide)?
Cause haemorrhagic cystitis, causing haematuria

Multinational association of supportive care of cancer (MASCC) Risk index is used to predict risk of poor outcome in febrile neutropenia and whether in patient or outpatient is appropriate
Signs of retinoblastic disease
Larger eye ( buphthalmos)
White opacity seen within the pupil with nil response to light
Excessive watering of the eye (epiphora) - this occurs due to increase in lacrimal pressure (due to buphthalmos) leading to regurgitation of fluid presenting as epiphora
