Clerk
An officer of the court who keeps a record of the trial and the testimonies

Counsel
To give advice or help, it can also be another word for lawyer
Cross Examination
Counsel (lawyer) question a witness already questioned by the opposing counsel
The person who is charged with the crime
Defendant
