Irreversible PPI, suppresses stomach acid secretion vie H+/K+/ATPase on parietal cells

A
GORD, peptic ulcers, triple therapy for H. pylori infection

A
- Diarrhoea from C.diff infection
- SLE
- Liver failure
- Osteoporosis
