Q

What is the crosswind take off technique? (Wind exceeding 20kts)

A

It is recommended to do it on the roll

1) side stick fully forward until 80kts, releasing to neutral at 100kts
2) thrust levers are increased rapidly from 50% to 70% N1, above 15kts ground speed progressively increase thrust to reach takeoff thrust by 40kts ground speed.
