19 Person providing they are conducting duties associated with easyjet.
The commander shall insure they recieve a briefing on safety procedures.

A
On the ground :
- When receiving ATC Clearance
- When engines are running
In flight :
- from Start UP to top of CLIMB and from Top of descent to Parking.
- when only 1 pilot is monitoring ATC Frequency
