Ht heat=red
severe heat=red, dry swollen and bitter taste

sweat=body fluids common origin,mutually interchange, over sweating cause blood deficiency.
Ht Qi or Yang deficiency cause spontaneous sweating. Ht Yin deficiency =night sweats
Signs of Ht pathology
disturbance of blood circulation, abnormal mental activities, Ulceration of tongue
Sx of Ht syndrome
Palpitations, cardiac pain, restlessness, insomnia, ream disturbed sleep, poor memory, anxiety, mental-emotional symptoms
Ht Qi deficiency etiology
blood loss,chronic illness, old age= depletion of Qi,
exterior pathogenic factors(heat-fire)

Palpitations are light, occasional,more on daytime,
uncomfortable Ht beat sensation, Qi deficiency fails to respirate and open/close pores.

cardiac pain, discomfort on Ht region,
cyanosis of lips, fatigue, listlessness,
dislike speaking, COLD, aversion to cold, cold limbs, hands, upper Jiao
Bright pale face, pale (more severe) darkish blue
T: pale, slightly wet, swollen, slippery white coating.
P:deep,weak
knotted = more severe
regularly intermittent = even more severe
weak- thin = mild
