The pathology of uremic endocarditis is that the thrombus forms attached to the wall of the atrium or ventricle as opposed to on the valves.

Valvular AKA vegetative or vegetative valvular;

these types of septic thrombi tend to deposit on the valve cusps as opposed to the walls of the endocardium.
