What is a federal enclave

A

A parcel of federal property within a state that is governed under the special Maritime Jurisdiction or Territorial Jurisdiction. Some of these areas have concurrent jurisdiction and others have federal only. The jurisdiction on the outer continental shelf is influenced by federal enclave law
