What is a bilateral offer?
Requires both parties to do something
What is a unilateral offer?
Only one party makes a promise which will be fulfilled if the other party meets the criteria

What is the difference between an offer and invitation to treat?
Offer- must be a willingness to enter a legal relationship on a set of terms
Invitation to treat- is a willingness to negotiate but not yet willing to be bound

Who can make an offer?
Any business or machine is able to make an offer
