Arson 2
By starting a fire or causing an explosion the person intentionally damages: any building of another that is not protected property or any property damaged beyond $750. Class C felony
Arson 1
By starting a fire pr causing an explosion the person intentionally damages: any property, people or firefighter. Class A Felony
Reckless Burning
Person recklessly damages property of another by fire or explosion
Criminal Mischief 3
with intent to cause substantial inconvenience to the owner or to another person and having no right to do so nor reasonable ground to believe that the person has such right, the person tampers or interferes with property of another
Criminal Mischief 2
Intentionally damages property of another (in any amount) or recklessly damages property of another in an amount exceeding $500
Criminal Mischief 1
damages exceed $1000 or public facility (railroad, telecommunications, medical, livestock)
Criminal Trespass 2
person enters or remains unlawfully in a motor vehicle or in or upon premises
Criminal Trespass 1
enters or remains unlawfully in a dwelling. Having been denied future entry to a building pursuant to merchants notice or trespass re enters building during hours when the buildings are open to the public with intent to commit theft therein. Enters or remains unlawfully upon railroad yards, bridges or rights of way, “not fit for use” condemned homes
Burglary 2
person enters or remains unlawfully in a building with intent to commit a crime therein. Class C felony
Burglary 1
violates Burglary 2 and the building is a dwelling and armed with theft device or deadly weapon, causes or attempts to cause injury to anyone, threatens to use a weapon. Class A felony
Robbery 3
committing or attempting theft or unathorized use of a vehicle, person uses or threatens immediate use of physical violence upon another person with intent of:
preventing or overcoming resistance to the taking of the property
compelling the owner of such property or another person to deliver the property or to engage in other conduct which might aid in the commission of the theft or unauthorized use of a vehicle. Class C felony
Robbery 2
A person commits the crime of robbery in the second degree if the person violates ORS 164.395
Represents by word or conduct that the person is armed with what purports to be a dangerous or deadly weapon; or is aided by another person actually present. Class B felony
Robbery 3
A person commits the crime of robbery in the first degree if the person violates ORS 164.395:
Is armed with a deadly weapon
Uses or attempts to use a dangerous weapon
Causes or attempts to cause serious physical injury to any person . Class A felony
