What is the definition of the following term; Lincensee?
The licensee is the person, partnership or company that is issued a licence.
What is the definition of the following term; Manager?
A manager is a person employed by the licensee to manage the premises.
Is it necessary for a company to hire a manager?
Any company holding a licence must employ a manager so that there is a real person in control.
Likewise a manager must be employed at a club that holds a club licence.

Unauthorised Sale or Supply (selling after hours)
