Wilful Damage Section?
Section 11 of the Summary Offences Act 1981
Wilful Damage Section 11(1)(a)
Intentionally: A deliberate or reckless act without lawful justification, excuse or claim of right
Damages: Temporary or permanent reduction in value or usefulness
Property: Belongs to another person and is capable of being damaged
Wilful Damage Section 11(1)(b)
Intentionally: A deliberate or reckless act without lawful justification, excuse or claim of right
Sets fire to: Damages through fire
Any tree or vegetation: Any growing plant

Damages or defaces any structure without lawful authority and without the consent of the occupier or owner
Section 11B Sentencing Act 2002
Without reasonable excuse he or she has in her possession a thing capable of being used to commit an offence against Section 11A

Receives
Any property stolen OR any property obtained by other imprisonable offence
Knowing hat property to be stolen or so obtained OR Being reckless as to whether the property has been stolen or so obtained
Possession of an offensive weapon P/P:
