How do you perform a blank determination test?
A
- Disconnect hose
- Do not connect to gas source
- Place nose 3/4” away from exhaust
- Perform test
- If you don’t smell gas the device passed
- If you smell gas wait 2-3 minutes
- If it still fails contact I&R supervisor, return machine for repairs and re-test with different tech
