basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma

slow growing and non metastic

cancer spreads or metastasizes from its original site to another area of the body
stage one
less then 2 cm without lymph node involvement or metastasis
stage two
2 cm to 4 cm without lymph node involvement
stage three
greater then 4 cm without lymph node involvement
stage five
lesion of any size that has spread locally or to lymph nodes and/or has metastasized
