What does Jargon mean?
Jargon is professional terminology you don’t here in everyday life
What is a symmetrical relationship in the workplace?
when everyone has equal power
What is an asymmetrical relationship in the workplace?
when the power isn’t equal among everyone
Who are the plain English campaign?
Those who are against jargon and for transparency

Expert- based on knowledge and skills
Referent- Respected for how they are percieved
Coercive- based on ability to punish no compliance
