The meaning of words, feelings, or ideas may be interpreted differently by a listener
Clarity
Words should be carefully chosen in consideration of the gender, roles, ethicity
Ethics
Describe things or feelings usually add color and spice to communication
Vividness
Refers to an Interaction where behavior is used to convey and represent meanings

It is the essential to the quality of the communication process
Completeness
It does not mean keeping the message short but making it direct or straight to the point
Concisiness
The speaker should always consider relevant information about his/her receiver such as mood
Consideration
It is supported but facts, figures, and real-life examples and situations.
Concreteness
The speaker shows courtesy in communication by respecting the culture, values, and beliefs of his/her receivers

It implise the use of simple and specific words to express ideas.
Clearness
In grammar, it eliminates negative impact on the audience and increases the credibility and effectiveness of the message
Correctness
Is a mental block that retrains you from openly expressing your thoughts and feelings.
Emotional Barriers
Can be used to convey meaningful information and discourse in a convenient way within communities.
Jargon
May lead people to make negative decisions about how they treat themselves or let other treat them.
Lack of Confidence
Results of disturbance in our surroundings which leads to ineffective communication
