Draw & Cover when you reasonably suspect there’s a risk of bodily injury to any person.
Draw & Discharge when you reasonably believe there’s an imminent risk of bodily injury.

When drawn and/or discharged.

Whenever it’s removed from the holster.

40% (two bars of battery).
When must you replace a Taser battery?
When it’s at 20% (one bar of battery).
Where do the Probes travel when deploying a taser?
Top Probe = horizontal
Bottom Probe = 8 degrees lower than top
How far do Taser probes travel apart?
15cm per meter of distance travelled.
What is the optimal distance to be away from the subject when deploying a Taser?
3 meters
What is the preferred target zone for Taser deployment?
Mid to lower abdomen.
