PPROM MGMT

- admit for 72 hours
- daily CTG, CBE, CRP - MgSO4 if >30
- Abx IV benzylpenicillin
- 2 IM betamethasone 24 hours apart if 25-33 weeks
- if D/c advice about chorio, bleed, labour
- f/u weekly swabs and fortnight CBE, CTG and CRP
- (most deliver within 1 week of rupture)
